| Introduction | Family traditions often involve gathering around home-cooked food. The unique smell and taste of home-made dishes evoke fond memories and a sense of belonging. Home-made dishes feed the soul as much as the body. My husband and sons would often request for specific dishes to be cooked on various occasions (i.e. feeling home-sick, celebrating birthdays, feeling under the weather). I hope to capture these recipes in this blog so that family memories and traditions could be preserved and passed on. |
