| Introduction | I am a science nerd that happened to get into brewing thanks to my wife (remains to be seen whether she regrets this move). I moved beyond macro-brews by about 19 or so. My primary goal has been to drink something new wherever I visit. So I like the ins and outs of brewing, drinking, making my own gadgets for homebrew, and so on. With our recent move to Europe these pages will focus on drinking other people's stuff with perhaps an occasional post about homebrewing. Mostly drinking of the beer and searching out new beer & pubs. I have a ton of material in the queue, just slow with posting. |
