| Introduction | My name is Julio Cesar Rangel. I graduated in the USA with a BA in Liberal Arts. I have worked in corporate and academic environments. I teach at Universidad Simon Bolivar and I am also working on a Master´s degree at Universidad Central de Venezuela on Englsh as a Foreign Language. This blog is my on line diary to share my experience on a very interesting subject such as Information Communication Technology -ICT.
