Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I actually wear scarves all the time. I'm kind of obsessed with them. I hate turtleneck shirts and sweaters, but I love scarves. Once, I filled up a shopping cart on ThredUp with like a hundred dollars' worth of four and five dollar scarves. Never checked out, though. Might do it again. Scarves are the perfect accessory for a ukulele player. That, and earrings.
