| Introduction | I'm an editor who lives in Colorado (my adopted state) part of the year and Alaska (my home state) part of the year. In CO, I live in a ramshackle late-nineteenth-century bungalow, and in AK, I live in a 14x20 cabin in the woods. I love both places, but I love Alaska the best. I share these homes with my husband, G, and Tinker, a dachshund mix whom we adopted in 2020. Our sweet pit bull, Luna, died in July 2023 at almost 15 years of age. |
