| Introduction | It was 1988, I was a young kid and just recently moved to South Florida. I fell in love with a team and a game. The Miami Heat stole my heart, and now 22 years later they still haven't let me down. Every year they are there, they give 100% no matter who is on the court. And this year I don't expect any different. In 2006 it all culminated with a championship that Shaq promised us, as Heat fans. But now we want more, and we deserve it. I am not the type of fan that refers to the team as "we". But I will refer to "we" as a fan base. Together, we can make this a great season. SO it's 2010 Heat Fans, lets make it the most memorable season yet. So this season is dedicated to Pat Cummings, Dwayne the Pearl, Rony Seikaly, Grant Long, and of course one of my favorite Glen Rice. But a year like this would never be possible without 2 people. Pat Riley and Alonzo Mourning. They have given us everything we have ever wanted as Heat Fans, and I don't see that stopping here. |
