| Introduction | 1970 Swami Satchidananda introduced me to Yoga and my Spiritual journey. Attending classes, retreats, Integral Yoga Teacher Training Courses, I received my Yoga Instructor Certification 1979/1980. Swamiji's style/attitude woven through his teachings are close to my heart/purpose: A Spiritually Mindful Body, a connectedness we fine tune throughout our lives. While delving into the Spiritual realm, the Body called and I became a licensed Massage Therapist, 1978. The Mindful realm was also tended to as I facilitated various self-esteem workshops graduating with a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling 1991. Using Yoga, Massage, Counseling my clients refer to me as a Spiritual Navigator/Spiritual Archeologist guiding them to journey deep and dig into the jewel box inside each of us bringing out the treasures we buried long ago. Evolving with each new student, client, experience in my life, I developed a process/practice, Your Emergent Self, going beyond the Spiritually Mindful Body to a Universal Space where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
