Location Mesa, Desert Southwest, United States
Introduction Born and raised in the 480 (formally known as the 602). I consider myself to be an Native arizonan. I love the southwest. Sometimes I just wish i could hunt for wild beasts in the forest and do that as my full-time job. I guess I was born in the wrong era of time. I went to all of the local schools here including Emerson, Carson, and Westwood. Graduated from ASU in 2005 and have worked for Maricopa County for 10 years. I love my family and am the second oldest of six kids.
Interests Meteorology, weather, any kind of sport including basketball, table-tennis and bowling. I like to forecast and predict things (not just the weather).
Favorite Movies I dont know exactly why but some movies really have an emotional affect on me. Here is a list of some of my favorites: Seven Pounds, Transformers, The fugitive, Signs, Rocky 4, the Ultimate Jordan DVD, Juno, Starsky and Hutch, Dumb and Dumber, Meet the Parents, and Along came Polly.
Favorite Music Simply put, I think there are gems in every genre of music and enjoy listening to a variety of these genres. I have to admit though, that I am not too big of a fan of country. It seems that after a listening to that a headache will emerge. Well, at least it is not as bad as the headache that will surely come by listening to the Scotish bagpipes! I even like some old-school rap songs. The song No-diggidy by Blackstreet is an absolute classic. The first CD I ever bought as a teenager was Dookie by Green Day. Oh, the memories.
Favorite Books I am not that avid of a reader but I love a book with adventure that will capture my imagination to make me feel like I am really there. There are two books that did a masterful job at this. The first was the DaVinci code written by Dan Brown. The second book was Tennis Shoes among the Nephites by Chris Heimerdinger. Both of these books put me on a emotional roller coaster that is hard to express in words. The only thing that I can say is that I love it.
