| Introduction | As Chair of the Dawson County Democratic Party, I am proud to stand up for Freedom, Opportunity, and Security of all Americans.Through the work of the Democratic Party in our country, we have tried to insure that all Americans are treated with fairness and equality. Americans must know that they are respected no matter what their religion, race, or sexual orientation. They must also be secure in knowing that if they need a job, they can find one, that their children will be able to go to good public schools, and that there will be police and firefighters available for them when they need it. They also need to be secure in knowing that our banking system is strong, that our military has the ability to defend us, and that we have an infrastructure that is dependable and up-to-date. Unfortunately the Republican Party and the Tea Party has been trying to strip these ideals from Americans. We must speak out so that this doesn't happen. |
