Introduction	I am Paramesh, a web site designer Hyderabad from India. I have 4+ plus years of working experience in website design of personal websites, small & medium business web sites and web templates for e-commerce shopping websites, flash intros and flash web sites. Right now, I am working for a MNC Company and I also undertake freelance web projects. Web page conversation with HTML, XHTML, DHTM. CSS and designs done by me will not only search engine friendly and but also user friendly. Generally, I keep end user in viewpoint while designing the web page; So, I optimize the images, Gifs and Flash contents etc for less file size to load fast. Optimization of all web related stuff doesn't mean that I compromise the professional outlook of the web page.
