| Introduction | recently retired, but can not stay too far away from libraries, museums, and archives...also loves art galleries, beautiful women (there is an old Jewish saying: "A pretty face costs!" BBL still thinks a lot about his ex-wife), democracy...that means love for the U.S.A., Israel, and the independent librarians that have defied the pure hell of Castro's Communist tyranny. Politically, he considers himself center-right...but is liberal in many areas (for example, BBL feels there is a crying need for firm gun control...the National Rifle Association is nuts, and capital punishment is a barbaric anachronism that should be abolished everywhere). He hates cigarettes, cigars, and pipes, drugs...most aspects of political correctness. |
| Favorite movies | Odds Against Tomorrow, The Hill, Glory, Paths of Glory (It's just coincidental that two of my favorite films have the same word in their titles). |
| Favorite music | Classical, Ragtime, Israeli, Jazz |
| Favorite books | All of Jack Finney's works...especially Time and Again |
