| Introduction | I'm a busy student, working and studying in my final year at uni. I've recently been reading more and more about natural hair and skincare regimes and want to give this a go. My hair is a mess from 13 years of dyeing, straightening, curling, drying and heaping on products to try to solve all of the issues created by everything else. My skin's a bit of a mess too, as a teenager I never suffered from spots but in my mid-twenties I suddenly started suffering from never ending breakouts and dry patches. So I've spent a fortune on hair and skin products, none of which have worked. It's time to pare it all back and start with something much simpler! |
