Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I know this one!! Having read "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" from the genius mind of Dr. Seuss, I know that many fish do indeed enjoy bicycles. (Although, very young fish actually learn on tricycles, first.)
