| Introduction | Smooth Space is an artist's initiative, led by Kate Paxman and David Harbott and exists to make excellent contemporary visual art projects come to life through sensitive and complex responses to site and community. We develop artist residencies in a range of locations focusing on context, history and our relationship with and impact on our surroundings. Often working in partnership with non-arts organizations, Smooth Space aims to take contemporary visual art to the heart of communities. |
