| Introduction | I am a 21 year old young female. I have been seeking guidance and counsel since I was in kindergarten, first as a child with ADHD, then later I came to be diagnosed with bipolar in 7th grade. I graduated from high school in 2008 and took a few college courses between then and now. I am now in the process of trying to get back into school, find a job, and get out from living with my parents and on with my life as a young adult living and trying to cope with bipolar. I am writing on blogger because I feel like some of my experience over the years and the things I am going through on a day-to-day basis can bring hope and comfort to those living with this disorder. I also want to shed some light on this illness if you are a family member trying to understand. My hope is to network with others trying to cope with this or any other illness similar and in the process gain and give support to one another through our blogs. |
