| Introduction | 8 year resident of the Sunshine State, former Maine-uh. Moved into historic Old Seminole Heights neighborhood in 12/05. Started panicking around 3/06. A little more about me-This is my third old house; I had two up in Maine, a tiny Bungalow and a lovely foursquare which was about half the size of my current abode. This is by far the most work we have gotten ourselves into; the Maine houses had aluminum & vinyl siding, which is kind of unattractive, but MUCH easier to maintain. I am a banker, have been for most of my adult life, but I like to think I am a little more of a free spirit than your run of the mill banker.... I have 3 teenagers, an abundance of house pets and have been married for 24 years. (I married at 13). I serve on the Tampa ARC (don't hate me, I want to help!), the preservation committee and volunteer regularly. |
