| Introduction | Banker by Profession and learner by nature. Alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru, Masters in Economics with MBA –Marketing, Certifications of CAIIB and Rural Banking I started my professional journey in 1987 as Lecturer at Post Graduate Colleges followed by Income Tax Department before landing in Banking Industry. Worked in different states with close to four years stint at New York USA, seen all facet of banking with experience of heading a Bank and managing treasury operations. I remained academically active and served Bankers Training College, RBI, Mumbai, National Institute of Bank Management Pune, Bankers Institute of Rural Development, Lucknow, MDI BOI, Mumbai as guest faculty and participated in seminars; conferences in India and abroad. I have also served as Jt Secretary Forex Association of India, Member Governing Council, Bankers Institute of Rural Development and Joint Consultative Council on Regional Rural Banks. I have contributed forty five articles in academic and professional journals & participated in more than twenty five radio and TV talks on issued of banking and economy. |
