| Introduction | {life behind the camera} I am a lifestyle photographer based in Southern Indiana. My main passion and focus is on family and child photography. I feel that every photograph adds to the narrative of our own stories, our lives. Our past, future, and present. Photography is much more than a click of the shutter for me; it's about preserving emotions of a certain time and place. About looking at those images and knowing exactly how you felt. Right. At. That. Moment. That is what makes this love of photography more than a job, it's my passion. I remember telling my husband, if this ever felt like a job I would quit….and here I am 6 years later still at it =) I LOVE my work. It’s true. My passion stems from my 3 beautiful daughters Hunter, Alli Jo, and Stella. As I watch them grow from little babies, into little girls, and soon young women, I want to just FREEZE time. I don’t want to miss a moment! |
