| Introduction | I love to run. I also love to talk about running, and have had my share of encouragers and discouragers from starting a blog to do just that. At the end of the day though, writing it all down is really fulfilling for me. Getting to share it with others is a bonus and I'm excited to have a forum in which that can happen. |
