| Introduction | Having never done a blog before, I hope this blog serves as a positive outlet for my thoughts. When I was 12 years of age, for my Bat Mitzvah, my dear grandfather gave me his old, dog-eared copy of Emma Goldman's "Anarchism and other essays". She was the first philosopher who changed my life (Emmanuel Levinas was the second). Now, almost five years later, I set my self loose upon an unsuspecting world. I have been asked, "what, exactly, is your philosophy?" What a question! Where does one even begin to answer that? I make no claims of possessing a developed and mature philosophy of life, indeed, I must confess I have only recently have become philosophically self-aware. I hope that through this blog I may chart my journey of discovery and eventually write what I hope will be a Manifesto of personal philosophy. Returning to the question of my philosophy, I would say, right now, that it is a Buberian-judeo-eco-socio-anarchism, but I would probably support your revolution :-) |
