Introduction	I am an interior design student at Randolph Community College, pursuing a dream of the past thirty plus years. I have been fortunate enough to have found the program here at RCC, where the instructors are outstanding. I have made the decision after spending the past twenty-one years as a stay at home mom. Prior to that I had a craft business traveling, and exhibiting at shows throughout North and South Carolina. I had attended Appalachian State University, and University of North Carolina-Greensboro as an art major in my twenties, but did not complete my studies at that time. My personal design interests lie in sustainable design, residential design, children's spaces, and commercial design. I have a varied style ranging from vintage to contemporary. I enjoy using re-purposed items and natural elements. I am excited to see where the future leads with many changes being made in the field.
