| Introduction | I'm a thirty-something living in the amazing Pacific Northwest. This blog is a collection of "stuff I like". Most of it will be food (ha!), followed by restaurants (more food), and some travels both domestic and international. My recipes tend to be wheat, beef, and dairy-free, as those are the things I try and avoid to keep my eczema flare-ups at a minimum. It is hard to stick to 100% of the time. There are days when I feel life is too short, and will indulge in a cheesecake or a cheeseburger, but I always suffer the consequences after. I've discovered many delicious ways to live without these foods. Here are my discoveries... |
