| Introduction | My name is Matt, and I love to grill. I research and practice to find the best methods and ways to grill different foods. Even though novice means beginner, I have been grilling for quite awhile. The novice part comes in because I am beginning to perfect my recipes. Anyone can throw a burger on a grill, I want to make sure the burger I am grilling is at the right temperature, on for the right amount of time, and is being cooked using the best method. My goal of this blog is to perfect conventional recipes by adding something extra, and making it the best. My wife and I live in Auburn, Alabama and we love this town. We met in college and she is a history teacher. We enjoy Auburn football, traveling, and of course cooking. We hope to make a trip to Charleston, South Carolina soon. We have a nine pound dauschund named Izzy who thinks she rules the world, and for the most part she rules ours. Nothing fancy here, just good food. |
