| Introduction | I was a Ruth Kirschstein NRSA post-doctoral fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My speciality is Cannabinoid Pharmacology, specifically dealing with the biochemical and molecular mechanisms of drug action, cellular regulation, including ligand-receptor interactions, regulation of receptor-G protein interactions, and receptor-directed signal transduction pathways. I had served as Adjunct Professor of Chemistry at Campbell University's RTP campus in Morrisville, NC, where I had team-taught Introduction to Forensic Science. I had also taught General and Organic Chemistry. When I am not at the lab bench, I am an organist. I'd be in a church near me, occupying an organ bench, and blowing dust around the nave. (Just kidding.) I am the Organist/Music Coordinator at St. Joseph's Episcopal Church. I also serve as cantor and occasional substitute organist at Immaculate Conception Church. This explains the name of my blog: Organ-ic Chemist: I am an organic chemist by training and education, who just happens to like to dabble in the church music and organ world every once in a while. |
What kind of tape is best for creating a sculpture?
Why, the mummarific type, of course!
