| Introduction | I am a graduate student at the University of New Orleans studying (urban) anthropology and urban studies. My focus is urban agriculture and the culture thereof in New Orleans. I also an intern with a non-profit urban agriculture advocacy group and volunteer at an urban garden. As a result of my studies I do garden myself. I have a row at a community garden in my neighborhood and a plot at another garden in a nearby neighborhood. |
