| Introduction | I live on a small-holding outside Cape Town with my husband, three children, dogs, cats and extended family. We have an amazing view of the mountains, which inspires every day. We've been here ten years now, having moved out from London. What a contrast! In a previous, pre-child existence I worked in Italy for a walking holiday company, eating wonderful meals in beautiful places. Now I have to cook those meals myself, not quite so wonderfully but I enjoy the process. I'm lucky enough to work from home writing and editing via the internet and still have time to spend with my children, bake bread and occasionally even catch up with the housework. |
