Introduction	Dr. Larry E. Webb is Principal of Webb Consultants International and Past President of the Kilgore Group, LLC. WCI has a network of seasoned consultants located in numerous cities in the United States, Australia and Canada.Webb received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida Southern College after a stint in the U.S. Navy as an electronic technician. His Master’s degree in Psychodynamics of Personality and his Doctorate in Leadership Development are from the Graduate School of Theology at Claremont, California. He was ordained a United Methodist minister in 1965 and served churches in California and Florida.Webb has over thirty five years experience working with people in organizations including small, medium and large companies, churches, community and government agencies, and associations such as the American Bar Association and the American Association of Cardiovascular Administrators. He is in demand as an executive coach, a team building facilitator, planning facilitator and a management skill development trainer.
