| Introduction | Since 1967 Doctor and Mrs. Howard have lived in Brawley, CA where they raised their three children and have been active in many community charities. For over 30 years Dr. Howard provided an area for 4-H and FFA members to house their animals, train and gain knowledge and advice on animal health. Joann has always been instrumental in managing our practice and even today she is one of the people our clients seek out to talk to when they have questions about pet health. |
