| Introduction | I am a vegan living in Santa Monica. I have been vegan for about 10 years, and made the plunge to start living a healthier lifestyle. And it worked! My MD tells me to keep it up, but I know he hates me. Now, I’m on board with a lot of other vegan tenets too; I despise the factory farms and don’t feel that the average diet is sustainable. However, health, as it relates to my quality of life, is paramount. When I am not eating, I am either spending time with my wife and daughters or working as a doctor of aerospace engineering. For those of you that are unfortunate enough to know an engineer, this is probably fairly telling of how I am going to both approach and organize my blog. For those of you that don’t know an engineer, think spreadsheet. |
