Introduction	"I have no special talents, rather I am passionately curious about all things food and food as a business and sustenance for humans." Born into the food business is my greatest blessing. My maternal grandfather had a produce business and my paternal grandfather an actual half acre of farm. We grew and then preserved almost everything seasonally. My titles in the hospitality industry have included Information Analyst, Site Controller, Senior Store Accounting Technician and General Manager. My humble first job as an hourly employee at White Castle has taught me to have a great sense of humor as little square hamburgers and imitations have been chasing me almost everywhere I work. I also have deep respect for the person who cleans the grease trap, and of course the actual grease trap and what goes in it as it was my first task after I cleaned the parking lot back in 1981. If I had to choose my favorite job or role it would have to be when I was a Server and Captain at fine dining restaurants in Chicago. I enjoyed serving many famous Chicagoans and Celebrities including former Governor Jim Thompson, Frank Sinatra & his entourage, Milton Berle and many others.
