Introduction	I eat, sleep and breathe educational assessment. At least I hope that's the right saying. I credit my Danish mom with passing along her wonderfully charming difficulty with American sayings. Regardless, I've been in the teaching world since I discovered in my undergraduate studies the humorous world of children. I'm amazed at where this journey has taken me. I'm now pursuing my doctorate in Special Education at UIC while teaching assessment courses in the Masters Special Education program. Thanks to my incredible husband and adorable daughter for putting a smile on my face and filling my heart with love.
