About me

Introduction	I am the Reading Specialist at North Elementary and love my job! I have been teaching for 28 years and have been at North for 6 years. I help the students with their reading skills and the teachers with literacy concepts and anything else they need help with. I feel that learning to read and write are two of the most important skills that students can learn in school. My hobbies include reading (of course), sports, and playing with my 2 hyper Jack Russell Terriers and my beautiful Border Collie. I am married and have two married step-daughters, 2 very cute grandsons, and 1 beautiful granddaughter.
