| Introduction | I am the CEO of BizXcel Inc., an organizational development and management consulting firm. I am an international presenter and corporate trainer that has been inspiring people and organizations for the past 24 years. My career began with the world’s largest training organization, The Dale Carnegie Group. In 1987 I ventured into entrepreneurship. This decision was motivated from my belief that every person and organization is unique and therefore the solution must also be unique. This philosophy is what I use and has given me a solid reputation for producing results. Some of my unique organizational development initiatives were highlighted in Canadian Business Magazine in 1995. I am most known for my energetic, person centered presentation style; and I am at home whether keynote speaking to 1500 people, training seminars for 15-20 people or one-on-one management consulting. One of my strong personal beliefs is personal development, and that each person can set goals, be the best they can be, and make the most of every day. This blog is my "sounding board" for my thoughts on personal development. |
