| Introduction | My name is Candace and I have been married to my husband Luke for 9 years. We have a 6 year old son named Logan and a 4 year old named Cameron. Baby Cameron was born 13 weeks early due to a placenta abruption. He was in the hospital the first year of his life. He has multiple health problems along with Down Syndrome but he continues to fight each and every day. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful husband and sons that make me smile every day.
