| Introduction | Kira is a lecturer, author of scientific articles and books on management, head of the laboratory of management problems, created to conduct research and advise company leaders. Kira began her career as a scientist and teacher at Stanford, where she received the Outstanding Teaching Award in 1992. Klara wrote her first book on management in 1992. She gained credibility in the academic community and gained worldwide fame after the release of two more books. Kira currently works in her Management Research Laboratory, where she implements long-term research projects and advises company leaders from the private, public, and social sectors of the economy.
