Introduction	What do I love? Family fun, laughing with friends, Life drawing, watercolors, clay sculpture, traveling, canoeing, dancing, attending live theater. Crealde art classes and volunteer work. Volunteer ushering at local theaters. Young@Heart Chorus. Migraines have plagued me since 1990s. They have gradually increased in frequency and intensity. For the past few years I have had 10-15 headaches/mo and treating them with Imitrex. But I want fewer headaches and fewer meds.
