Introduction	I am a mom. I have a wonderful husband and lovable daughter (Sweet Darling). I was in childcare for a decade and a half before becoming a parent. I decided that if I was to become a parent, I wanted to do it on purpose, with purpose and loving attention. My life has never been the same since. Having a daughter has really inspired me to become the person I have always wanted to be. Trying to stay focused, relaxed and present as a parent is a bit challenging, but it has inspired me to consider parenting this way as a daily meditation, that improves my life. In this blog, I call my daughter, Sweet Darling, letting her keep her name her own.
