| Introduction | Coming from a family of talented cooks, I have had a passion for food my entire life. Most people read novels. I read recipe books and on-line recipe reviews. Friends and family have often proposed that I make a career switch from food marketing to food preparation! As a working wife and mother with an active social life I know how hard it can be to put nutritious, easy prep meals on the table. Having both often seems to be a contradiction in terms. My goal is to help others find their inner chef by providing cooking tips and a variety of delicious, family/figure friendly recipes that anyone can make. No one should have to spend hours searching through endless recipe sources and then have to scour the city to find the proper ingredients to prepare it. I also believe in everything in moderation. For those planning dinner parties or just wanting to indulge, I will be sure to throw in some mouthwatering, dessert ideas that will be worth the extra walk you will need to take the next day.
