| Introduction | I'm a 24 year old economist living and working in DC. I started this blog to document my weight loss efforts in July of 2009. I went from a high of 278.0 to 235.5 by November of 2009, but then fell decidedly off the wagon. In January and February of 2010, I briefly returned and went from 244.5 to 237.5, a loss of 7 pounds.
