| Introduction | We, as dietetic interns, must complete a management rotation as part of our internship. As a class of interns, we are divided among multiple places in order to complete this rotation requirement. A few of us receive the privilege of working with OU Food Services on the Norman campus under the supervision of the Nutrition Analysis Manager, Dot Flowers. |
