| Introduction | The posts in this blog mostly take a practical approach to the use of Active Structure. There are two strong themes of use of the technology – Specification Analysis and Support, and acting as the nervous system of a complex machine having an English language interface. Specification Analysis is necessary due to the complexity of large specifications, and the severe limit on our human abilities due to the Four Pieces Limit, the subject of a separate blog. When acting as the nervous system of a machine, the Active Structure represents an abstract self-extensible network, able to simulate concrete and abstract relationships, and able to self-repair when real devices are damaged. |
