| Introduction | Stand Up Paddle Boarding is for everyone - young, old, big, small, male and female - everybody can do it. It's easy to do and once you have mastered the basics there will be no stopping you. Our aim is to inspire everyone to have fun on the sea, lakes, rivers and dams - to get fit, healthy and simply bring out the best in themselves. We love the ocean, we live and breathe it in all its glory, it is in our blood. Our home is in CapeTown, Hout Bay to be exact, right at the most Southern tip of Africa. Fortunate enough to have 2 oceans right at our doorstep - the mighty Atlantic and the balmy Indian - divided by the Cape Peninsula, heaven on earth for any stand up paddle boarder and surfer. At any given time there is an offshore wind somewhere, some swell or a stretch of flat water that can be enjoyed by any water sports enthusiast within an hours drive or so. Proudly South African, we support the locals and strive to bring the world to us. Our aim to to share SUP and SURF related news, interviews, adventures and reviews with everyone. Whether you are an absolute beginner, a grom or hardened salt haired charger, male or female, young or old - this is for you. |
