| Introduction | I'm a self-proclaimed sports fanatic with a competitive "Type A" personality. I spent many years in the corporate factory gaining weight, and injuries. I decided to be a stay at home dad after the birth of my first child, and used the opportunity to get back into shape and used triathlon training and racing as a way to do that. I'm documenting the process and outcomes to help myself and others looking to improve their performance. New to the world of long course racing. I completed my first triathlon (Ironman 70.3 Putrajaya) in April 2015. Ever since then, I've become addicted to the sport. I also have two young children that motivate me to go faster. |
