| Introduction | I am a fiend for cookbooks. I own at least 200 of them. They're mostly VEGAN cookbooks (these are my favorite ones). Instead of just reading them, I need to use them for what they were meant for, to cook from. Here I plan to document my journey through my cookbook wonderland + side-trips of eating-out, some traveling, collecting of kitchen gadgets, and probably photos of my dog, "ringo." |
