| Introduction | I'm a 38 year old wife, mother, educator, and a worrier. I am on a journey to heal from this disease. Many circumstances in my life have contributed to this frame of mind. But as I’ve grown older, I now realize that I’ve allowed these circumstances to alter me. Define my personality and who I am. The way I think. The way I react to the things life throws at me. In order to heal, in order to find, create, and live the life of peace and happiness that I’ve been starving for, I have to let go of some things. I have to shed the skin of who I once was in order to transform into who I long to be. Join me on this journey. And perhaps in this process of transforming me - I can help someone else too. |
