About me

Introduction	After serving his apprenticeship under a staggering array of top chefs Mr B opened his first restaurant at the age of 7. His ever expanding empire of restaurants and bistros were to be found in every major city around the world before he became bored with it all so he gave it away to charity. Lock, but not the stock & only the barrel when it was empty. Mr B now cooks solely for his wife, family & friends when he's not watching his beloved Liverpool FC on the telly or, better still, at his favourite hostelry; The Globe, Copenhagen.
