| Introduction | I am a wife, sister, daughter, aunty and trying to be a mother. This blog will act as my journal where I can record some of the happenings of my life, the things I love and joy in and the things I am grateful for. This may be some what aspirational - I strive to be more appreciative and positive of the world around me as I combat my overwhelming tendency towards impatience. I am married to a fabulously, kind, giving and patient man whom I obviously adore. We are trying to add to our family at the moment and finding that quite an adventure filled process. I love to sleep, read, talk and do things with my hands. That is in no particular order of preference but I think if I had to choose a favourite it would be to sit, talk and laugh with family and friends. I find relaxation in creating with my hands, escape in reading and rejuventation in sleeping. Oh, I am also loving Peppermint magnums at the moment! |

| Favorite books | My all time favourite book is Tandia by Bryce Courtney. It is the sequel to the Power of One. The Power of One may have been my favourite if I had read it first but I read them out of order so Tandia it is. |
