Introduction	Middle class, middle-aged, and fair to middling. Kou Nelson is a private dog trainer as well as a writer. Doglish is her training blog. Her published works include: LSU College of Engineering, Volume I, a contribution in Real Life Pet Wisdom, a selection in Specter Spectacular (World Weaver Press), a short story in The Again e-magazine and one in Blood and Roses. She also served as a ghost writer for the Paws and Claws column of the Clayton Pioneer. Kou took second place in the Dr. Eugene Clark Library's "Scare the Dickens Out of Us!" 2011 ghost story contest and is working on her second novel, a gothic romance, set in the turn of the century United States.
