Journey Towards Home

Location	Holland, MI
Introduction	Our story began on April 3, 2009 when we became Mr. and Mrs. Nienhuis and we are excited to get started on this amazing life journey together. We took our wedding vows very seriously that day and that means we're on this journey together until we reach our final home: heaven. That's where the title of our blog comes from..."journey toward home". This journey will have some good days as well as bad - but with God at the center - we will persevere! Our life right now is pretty filled. Aaron works at Bentheim Reformed Church as the youth director. We both attend church there and absolutely love the people there! And as much as he doesn't like to admit it, he is also the proud bus driver of Zeeland School's bus #57. He loves his students! I am starting a new job on July 6 as a social worker for the Cancer & Hematology Center of West Michigan. Now that wedding planning is over, I'm looking forward to my new venture - I started to take class in May for my MSW, and hope to be done 2 years. Between work and meetings and classes, we don't have many hobbies, but we enjoy every minute we can spend together. Thanks for reading our blog!
