| Introduction | I retired from teaching in June of 2008, to start my own jewellery business. I love to design and create unique pieces of jewellery. I create some jewellery from pieces of beach glass that I find on the beaches here in Newfoundland. I also create jewellery from gemstones and found objects. I am very proud of our 'Sparkles of Hope' Cancer Awareness bracelets. They sell for $40 with a portion of the proceeds going toward helping patients and families through the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Centre. |
